Project Description:
Due to the decline in college student’s mental health, colleges are trying to find ways to incorporate services for their students in a one-stop-shop facility. Universities are embracing the connection between a healthy mind, body and spirit, along with student interest, in their recreation and wellness centers. The goal of this project was to create a new program throughout the existing wellness center on the California State University East Bay campus, to help improve college students overall health.
